This is the starting quest of the Tailoring Legion quest chain.
The only prerequisite is to have Tailoring profession. Skill can be 1/800.
Can take this quest at level 100.

Obtain 10 Shal'dorei Silk. You can find Shal'dorei Silk on humanoids within the Broken Isles, obtain some from a fellow adventurer, or you may visit the Auction House and buy some.

There is another option if you have already gathered some silk but it needs an extra step.

Transferring the Shal'dorei Silk directly from your bank or a guild bank will not credit the quest requirement. Neither will having the items already in your inventory.

Instead, get an alt or friend to mail the required silk to you and retrieve it from the mail, will credit the quest for completion.

First quest of Legion tailoring quest chain. You have to obtain some Shal'dorei Silk and bring it back to Tanithria. Best way is to buy silk at AH, it costs cheap now and you dont need a pile of gold. Also, that's a good idea to buy 100+ silk at once to avoid finding it further.

Currently in dragonflight the 'inspire me' quest at the very end is bugged and cannot be completed.
